Peggy was born in Lubec, and has spent most of her life there. She has two children and two grandchildren. She worked at the CCLC at a time when Rice Hall was the only building on campus. Before and after that she worked as a professional chef, cooking for large groups of people of many ages and cultures. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, speedwalking, and the fresh Maine air.
She is happy to have come full circle back to the CCLC. She enjoys using her skills and nutritionally sound practices to keep people happy and well fed.
