Patricia is a professional singer who, when not performing music, wants to be part of something meaningful, which is why she’s delighted to be part of the great work of the CCLC. Her education includes a Bachelor of English with Honors from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and advanced musical degrees in Voice and Art Song/Oratorio Performance from the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Vienna, Austria, where she lived and performed for almost a decade. She and her husband Steve moved to Maine in 2008. Before that, some of her non-musical work included coordinating the City Farms Program in Baltimore, and serving as the Communications and Events Coordinator at the Irvine Nature Center in Stevenson, MD. Since moving to Maine Patricia has worked for the Quoddy Tides, the US Census Bureau, Vejibag, and has organized and managed Road Scholar programs on Campobello Island for the Atlantic Leadership Institute. In addition to her current position at CCLC, she is an adjunct Professor of Voice at U Maine, Machias; a SummerKeys faculty member; a free-lance vocalist and recording artist; and an active member of Concert Artists of Baltimore.
