1. Getting Started
There are printers available for guest use across the CCLC Campus, in these locations:
Rice Hall Main Room
Rice Hall Conference Room
Heartwood Lodge Library
View the Campus Map if you're not sure which building you're in.
A network connection
A Mac, PC, Android or Chrome device
A Google account
All the public computers on campus are ready to use with Chrome installed, you just need a Google account.
3. Setup Google Cloud Print
The CCLC uses Google Cloud Print for guest printing. Click the buttons below to add printers to your Google Cloud Print account.
If any of the buttons above result in an error page, please continue to Troubleshooting.
4. Print from Chrome
Once Google Cloud Print is setup, you can print anything from the Chrome Browser.
Visit the Cloud Print Guide to learn how to print other documents on your computer, and for further assistance.
If a printer is offline: Please click the How can we help? button in the lower right to let us know which printer is offline, and we’ll get it back online for you.
If the links to add printers result in an error page:
In Chrome, press control + h in Windows, or command + y on a Mac
Click Clear browsing data
Check both “Cookies and other site data,” and “Cached images and files,” and click Clear data.
Go back to Step 3 and try opening the links again.
If the printer is offline:
Please click the How can we help? button in the lower right to let us know which printer is offline, and we’ll get it back online for you.
