Six computers, each equipped with a suite comonly used applications, are available for public use in the CCLC’s computer lab.  In addition, the Center has high speed internet access and supports wireless internet access.  The Internet offers vast, diverse, and unique resources to users. The Computer Lab is available for use by community members during the Center’s open hours any time courses are not in session.  While there is no stated charge for use of the computer/internet lab, the CCLC invites users to make donations to support fees associated with our internet subscription and maintenance of the machines.  The CCLC does charge a small fee ($0.10) for copies.

The Computer Lab allows the CCLC to offer computer and related technology courses and workshops.  Courses exploring Microsoft application, buying and selling on eBay, and introductions to GPS software are some of the courses the Computer Lab has hosted.  Summer school groups, community members seeking internet and word processing access, and individuals pursuing college degree options through distance or online options are among those who make regular use of the Lab.
