Cobscook Community Learning Center Home
  • Wildlife Tracking and Identification
    • Instructor: Rich Bard
    • When: Two Seperate Saturday Sessions: January 14 and February 11 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
    • Registration Deadline: One week prior to start date.
    • Description: Wildlife biologist, Rich Bard leads this group on the Commissary Point trails to search for signs and to identify wildlife in the area.  Footprints in the snow reveal aspects of the otherwise hidden lives of the forest’s creatures. Join us to learn about animal track identification and how our wildlife manage to survive Maine’s harsh winters. Children over seven years old are welcome with an adult. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
    • Cost: $5 - $30 Course fees are based on a sliding scale, click here for more info.
