- Wild Edibles
- Instructor: Tom Seymour
- When: Saturday, June 13 ~ 9 am - 3 pm
- Registration Deadline: One week prior to start date.
- Description: Join naturalist and author Tom Seymour for a day of learning about aspects of plant recognition as well as the intricacies of identifying wild edible plants and the appreciation of our natural environment. The first hour of the class will be indoors, and the rest will be a field session, so participants are urged to dress appropriately. Tom is an avid writer and a naturalist, writes six regular columns and a multitude of features for The Maine Sportsman Magazine. Tom has many other writing credits, including articles, features, and books. We are thrilled to have him offering this course here at the CCLC.
