  • Beginning Chainsaw
    • Instructor: Chouan Strongin
    • When: October 23rd ~ 9 am - 2:30 pm (please bring a lunch)
    • Registration Deadline: One week prior to start date.
    • Description: Join with professional woodswoman Chouan Strongin for a comprehensive workshop for beginners on the use and maintenance of a chainsaw. This course will include maintenance and care; safety gear and procedures; and basic techniques for using this tool. Participants in this session must be 18 or older, and must bring their own saw and basic safety gear. A complete list of what you'll need can be found on the CCLC's website. This course is limited to six people, so please call to register early.
    • Cost: The fee for this course is between $6 and $55. Course fees are based on a sliding scale, click here for more info.
