- Description: Healthy. Good. Easy. Economical. Join with Tim Roy to make a meal that is all of this and more. Tim is offering these classes as monthly events, with a new menu each month. For February, make and eat a filling meal of vegan chili and cornbread. Tim is a retired software engineer and a survivor of prostate cancer. He switched to a vegan diet to help prevent the reoccurrence of cancer.

- Beginner Belly Dance Fusion

- When: Sundays from 5:30 pm – 7 pm, February 21 – April 11 (8 weeks)

- Celebrate your body with…Beginner Belly Dance Fusion …for exercise, grace, and joy. Come learn the basic moves and rhythms of this ancient and beautiful dance. What makes belly dance special? It is a dance for all body types and all ages. It is an incredible workout that promotes flexibility and strength. It is fun. It is sensual. It makes you feel morebeautiful and graceful. And, provides you with some really good dance moves. Everyone is welcome and invited to this session. Please come join the fun.

- Beginning Strength Training

- When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 am to 7 am or Wednesdays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
This is an ongoing class with open enrollment. Please call 733-2233 to sign up any time or just drop in.

- Description: For people of all ages and abilities. Please bring a set of hand weights (2 lb, 5 lb, or whatever you are comfortable with) and an exercise ball.
