Meeting Space

As a community space, CCLC facilities are available for use / rental to community groups, agencies, clubs, organizations, and others.  We are a bit selective in that we are interested in hosting groups whose activities are in alignment with the CCLC’s mission, vision and values.  Please review these parts of our website for further information.

Rental Fees – Building Use

• Smaller Classrooms: $25 / half-day (4 hours)
• Medium Meeting Room (Timber Frame) / Pottery Studio: $50 / half-day (4 hours)
• Large Meeting Room (Commons): $100 / half day (4 hours)
• Use of the kitchen facilities may include additional charges (Please call for more information)
• LCD projector, VCRs and Projection Screens available.

Room rental fees help the CCLC offset costs associated with building operations – electricity, fuel oil, cleaning services, etc.  We recognize that some groups (community clubs, small non-profit groups and others) can not afford these fees.  Please give us a call; we’re very flexible.  The CCLC is interested in working with you to support community-based activities at the Center.
